Connection Troubleshooting

eMail inChorus crashed in the middle of sending a message.

This is sometimes caused by a poor or busy connection between your computer and your mail server. Try to resend the message. If it still fails, try restarting a new session with your mail server and then resend the message.

No access to an email program that is a SMTP server.

Save the eMail inChorus message as a file. Then send the file as an attachment with your email message. (See Working with America Online for an example of this procedure.)

Cannot send a eMail inChorus message even through I am using a MAPI client, like Microsoft Outlook or Outlook Express.

Some versions of Outlook and Outlook Express require an extra set-up step. From the Tools menu, select Options . Then select the Mail tab and click the Advanced MAPI Options button. Click the checkbox for "Send through MAPI Compose Message Dialog" and click OK .
